Jacqueline SacusJacqueline E. Sacus, Esq.

Jackie graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Psychology. She earned a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where she was the Executive Comments Editor of the Journal of International Economic Law and published a case note about sexual harassment in Japan.

Jackie began her legal career at a large New York law firm and later worked for a New Jersey Law Firm where she specialized in labor and employment law. While working in both New York and New Jersey,she represented employers in labor and employment matters before federal and state courts and agencies. Many of these matters involved harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. In addition, Jackie also counseled clients on a variety of employment, personnel, and human resource matters including hiring and discharge issues, reductions-in-force, wage and hour issues, drafting and updating personnel policies and manuals, family and medical leave eligibility, and disability accommodations. She also developed and conducted diversity and sexual harassment training and performed internal investigations for a wide-variety of clients.
