Suzanne H. Brock

Suzanne graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in history. She received her JD from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.

Suzanne is an experienced and skilled attorney who specializes in employment and higher education law. Most recently, Suzanne was Counsel at one of New Jersey’s largest and prominent law firms, where she was a member of the firm’s Employment Law Department for more than a decade. While in private practice, Suzanne represented a broad range of New Jersey, New York, and national employers. She defended wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, violation of non-compete agreements, and wage and hour claims in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration. Suzanne also counseled employers on all phases of the employment relationship, and routinely conducted both privileged and non-privileged investigations for a wide variety of public, private, and educational institutions.

Suzanne was selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star (2010-2019).
